We typically hold all showings until the open house the first weekend you are on the market. We do this for two reasons: 1) To limit the disruption on you and your family and 2) So all the buyers see each other at the open house as competition so they begin mentally preparing themselves to offer more on your home to beat out the other buyers.

We have a process where every day for three business days following a showing we reach out to the buyer's agent with a survey for them to complete about what they, and their buyer, think of your home. We share this feedback with you to help understand what the home buying market thinks of your property, it's price and features.
